I had black beans soup and a turkey breast sandwich just now. It was all healthy! and yummy. Still, I so miss fatty MEAT! Once in a while though, it's bacon time (or bacon cheese burger and fries time or what not).
I rarely pause to admire my food before eating it. Also, I eat so fast I scare people. They think I might choke. Also, they cover their own plates and move away. I am such a glutton. lol To stop and take photos of my food may help me lose weight. I should take a picture between each bite and that will slow me down. My stomach will feel more full (that's what slow eaters say anyway).
